Job Description Position: Recruitment Lead - Aviation Location: Gurugram, Haryana About the Role We are looking for a recruitment professional with aviation industry exposure and strong experience in recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment while ensuring seamless coordination with clients, candidates, and internal teams. This role requires someone who can take ownership of recruitment delivery, maintain structured hiring processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in aviation recruitment or other niche technical hiring will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client requirements. • Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the complete hiring cycle. • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely hiring updates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. • Build and manage candidate pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS records. • Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure timely closures and achieve hiring targets. • Ensure process compliance, documentation, and an excellent candidate experience. Preferred Profile • Prior exposure to aviation, aerospace, airport services, MRO, or other niche technical hiring. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, MS Office, and ATS platforms. • Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
