Job Description

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

  1. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  2. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  3. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  4. Monitor product distribution & consumer reactions
  5. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  6. Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices & tactics.
  7. Product technicalities & understanding
  8. Should have experience in Visual Merchandising of Outlets.

Requirement: –

  1. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  2. High creative with ability to think out of box
  3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  4. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Salary:

     20,000 to 25,000 CTC (Monthly)

      Experience:

      1 to 2 years (in luxury Retail or FMCG)
