SALARY & EMOLUMENTS The Gross salary- In addition to above stations, a panel will also be formed for future requirement. -Can be transferred to any other location within India due Operational requirement

– Reservations of SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government Directives.

The Eligibility Criteria for all above posts

as on 01st October, 2017 is given hereunder:-

1. Dy. Chief Financial Officer

a. Qualification : Qualified Associated Chartered Accountant from ICAI

b. Experience : Should have minimum 05 years of experience in Handling Finance Accounts

functions in an Airline.

c. Age : Maximum 45 years (as on 01.10.2017)

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

2. Chief of Personnel

a. Qualification : 2 years full time Masters Degree in Business Administration with

specialization in Personnel Management / HR

OR

03 years part time Masters Degree in Business Administration with

specialization in Personnel Management / HR

b. Experience : Should have minimum of 05 years of experience in Personnel

Management/HRin an Airline.

c. Age : Maximum 45 years (as on 01.10.2017)

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

All eligibility conditions, experience and training requirement as stipulated in CAR and amended by DGCA from time to time would be applicable.

In case any Incumbent is required to undergo training before his services can be utilized as SFI, in that case incumbent would be required to give Bank Guarantee for the total cost of training (for details refer to the clause of Cost of Training and Bank Guarantee).

The Validity, Renewal of Lapsed Approval, other conditions and the privileges of SFI will be as per DGCA Requirement.

3. Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI)

Medical Requirements for Synthetic Flight Instructor

Candidate should not have any Ailment which may impair his ability to function as SFI .

Candidates would also be required to execute Fixed Term Employment Agreement and Indemnity Bond to serve the Company for a period of (Three) 03 years. In the event, the candidate leaves the Company before completion of (Three) 03 years of service, he/she would be liable to pay Alliance Air (Airline Allied Services Limited) the total sum of Training Cost as indicated in Fixed Term Employment Agreement which will be recovered by invoking already submitted Bank Guarantee and also the sum as mentioned in the Indemnity bond.

b. Age : Maximum 70 years (as on 01.10.2017)

c. FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT & INDEMNITY BOND for Synthetic Flight

Instructor

STIPEND & SALARY :

Rs 4000/- per hour.

4 . Manager Cargo

a. Qualification : 2 years full time Masters Degree in Business Administration with

specialization in Sales and Marketing

OR

03 years part time Masters Degree in Business Administration with

specialization in Sales and Marketing

b. Experience : Should have minimum 03 years of experience in Cargo Sales in an

Airline.

c. Age : Maximum 40 years (as on 01.10.2017)

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

5 . Manager Sales and Marketing

Marketing functions in an Airline.

6. Manager MMD

a. Qualification : 2 years full time Masters Degree in Business Administration with

specialization in Material Management.

OR

03 years part time Masters Degree in Business Administration with

specialization in Material Management

b. Experience : Should have minimum 03 years of experience in Handling Material

Management functions in an Airline.

c. Age : Maximum 40 years (as on 01.10.2017)

7 Manager Security

a. Qualification : Graduate from a recognized university preferably with NCC certificate

b. Experience : Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Scheduled airline security

atleast 5 years at Executive level with independent / direct interaction with

regulatory / statutory authorities in areas of airlines security.

Preference will be given to IOSA Certification requirement in relations to

Airline security

c. Age : Maximum 40 years (as on 01.10.2017)

8. Instructor Technical

a. Qualification

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

: First Class Engineering Graduate from Recognized University in Mechanical / Electronics &Communication Engg. / Aeronautical.

OR

Approved Ground instructors (Tech / Performance) approved by DGCA or Airforce preferably on ATR 72-600 aircraft

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

In addition to above mentioned Emoluments Licence Allowance on the fleet of AASL @ Rs. 5000 /- will also be given on obtaining the same

b. Experience : Should have minimum 02 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance /

Operations / Flight Safety in airline of repute.

c. Age : Maximum 50 years (as on 01.10.2017)

9. Assistant Manager (HR)

For SAP Implementation

a. Qualification : Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in

Personnel Management / HR

b. Experience : Should have minimum 02 years of experience in implementation of SAP,

preferably in an Airline of repute.

c. Age : Maximum 35 years (as on 01.10.2017)

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

10. Managers Corporate Communication

a. Qualification : Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication

b. Experience : Should have 10 years of experience in the related field of an Airline.

Marketing of an Airline.

c. Age : Maximum 40 years (as on 01.10.2017)

Preference would be given to local candidates. In addition to the salary mentioned above following perks would be given:- Maximum of Rs. 10,000/- Reimbursement of House Rent + Maximum

FOR ALL POSTS FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT :

All the Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement for a period of 05 (Five) years (except for the post of Synthetic Flight Instructor which is 3 years). The Fixed Term Employment Agreement is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Benefits – Free / Concessional Air Passages

The Employee will be entitled to 10 Concessional/free air passages for self and his/her declared family on the network of AIR INDIA each passage year as per company policy. The applicable taxes, levy, charges etc shall be paid by The Employee.

In addition all the above posts also carry other benefits such as Provident Fund, Gratuity etc., as per rules.

Candidates belonging to OBC Category will be required to attach the Caste Certificate in the proforma meant for Central Government employment.“ Candidates belonging to OBC category , the category certificate should be in the prescribed format including the “Non –Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent Authority for employment under Government of India and should be as per the Central list of OBC’s published by Government of India. TA.DA Reimbursement to ST / SC candidates

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe categories will be entitled for reimbursement of second class return rail/bus fare from the nearest railway station i.e. from the address given in the application to Delhi / New Delhi on the production of railway receipt/ticket, as per rules at the time of Interview only.
